Returns
We offer a 14 Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy. If you wish to return your purchase simply contact a member of our team and we will be happy to assist.  

We’re sure that you’ll love your item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back within the 14 day period and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and SwissTimepieces Gift Cards.) Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 14 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for a full refund, you must notify us of the request to return the item within 7 days of accepting the delivery, you then have a further 7 days to return the item to us.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund. This right is limited to 14 days from the date you took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, we will cover the postage costs to return the faulty item.


Non-returnable items:

  • Bespoke / Personalised Products (This is because the item has been specially made for you and your specification so we are unable to offer returns on bespoke products. This is standard policy across all bespoke products online).
  • Special Order Items 
  • Gift Cards
  • Items collected in-person from our showroom.

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by SwissTimepieces but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product arrives back with us and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once we have confirmed your return we will issue the refund within 48 hours. It may take a number of working days for the funds to show in your account as the banks must refund the transaction. 

We receive payments in GBP and our refunds are also processed in GBP. We are not responsible for international banks processing fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@swisstimepieces.co.uk or call us on 01539 468 057.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective from the manufacturer or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@swisstimepieces.co.uk or call us on 01539 468 057.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Delivery
To return your product you must contact us by email on info@swisstimepieces.co.uk or call us on 01539 468 057. You must confirm the return request and specify a date to return the goods in writing within 14 days of taking delivery. If the 14 days have passed and the order cancellation has not been confirmed we will not be able to accept your return.

You must package the product with sufficient protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Please ensure you use a tracked delivery method when returning the item with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
