Rolex watches are always in higher demand and eventually, command one of the best values around in the pre-owned market. Thus, it is significant to keep your Rolex timepiece in excellent condition.

Experts recommend retaining its original box and papers as they may add value to a watch. However, you may obtain the best possible price of your Rolex watch when selling it, especially if they are yet in good condition.

Keep your luxury watch in its box. This will prevent it from scratches, scuffed or any other damages. Any significant damages may cause a considerable cutback in the resale value.

Moreover, it is essential to service your Rolex watch on a regular basis and keep all the service receipts. When you decide to sell your Rolex to SwissTimepieces, provide the service history documents (if any) and get a competitive offer.

People choose to sell their Rolex watch for many reasons. While you may choose to sell a Rolex to invest in a new model, others may sell a vintage Rolex to raise instant cash.

The value of a used Rolex watch remain persistently in flux, but a few weeks difference may not bring in much change. Thus, one can decide to sell a Rolex watch whenever it makes the most sense for him/her.

Although the Rolex watches are popular all year round, they serve as highly coveted and landmark gifts for special events like wedding, graduation, anniversary and retirement, be it is new or pre-owned.

Thus, if you sell your Rolex watch when the demand is higher than any other time of a year like graduation season or Christmas, you may expect to obtain a better price.

For those who are looking to sell Rolex watch, it is recommended that you keep your watch’s original documents alongside the box safely as they play a significant part when it comes to selling. The original papers, as well as the box of your watch, will help to verify its authenticity, thereby allowing for a more straightforward selling process.

While the documents or authenticity certification adds to the overall value of a watch, it may fetch you a premium for your timepiece from any potential watch collectors. However, we understand that they can be sometimes misplaced or unwittingly lost.

Unfortunately we are only accepting full set watches currently which have their original box & papers.

Founded in 1905, Rolex has been the pioneer of the wristwatches, manufacturing more than 2,000 timepieces each day. With great innovations in the watch-making industry, Rolex watches are highly desirable among the watch collectors and luminaries all across the globe.

Over a century, the brand has crafted watches that accompanied many achievers and explorers around the world, right from the peak of the highest mountains to the deepest depths of the ocean.

While some Rolex models today are not in production and considered as vintage or collectable, others are continuously manufactured incorporating their unique characteristics. Unlike second hand cars and electronics, pre-owned Rolex watches often retain their value over time.

In fact, many of the highly sought after and most expensive Rolex timepieces of the world are now considered collectable and rare. Thus, the market for pre-owned or vintage Rolex watches is booming, carrying a buoyant value.

You are welcome to book an appointment and visit our showroom in Ulverston, Cumbria.
