Yes, we offer a 30-Day returns policy on all eligible products. Bespoke items are not eligible for a refund. You can read our full refund policy here.

Once the item has been returned to us in unworn condition, we will issue your refund within 3 working days. 

If you would like to process a return please contact us immediately. A member of our team will be in touch to guide you through the returns process and provide shipping information.

There are no fees or charges when returning an item to us. 

Once you have contacted us regarding your return, a member of our team will provide instructions on how to return the item. All returned items must be sent by an tracked & insured delivery method and securely packaged.

We offer 1 complimentary ring resize with every engagement or wedding ring order. (up to 1 size up or 1 size down).

Below are our most asked questions covering our Watches, Jewellery and Customer Care.

Rolex Watch orders include complimentary next day tracked & insured delivery. On other Swiss brand watch orders, we aim to deliver your watch within 2-6 working days although generally we deliver your new watch to you sooner. On Engagerment & Wedding Rings delivery is approximately 1-4 weeks as our rings are made to order by our Master Jewellers. On all Jewellery orders we aim to deliver your items within 1-2 working days. 

Yes, we stand by our authentic products and only associate ourselves with 100% genuine watches. All of our watches are sourced directly from authorised dealers only and are identical to you purchasing it from a high street store. Our watches are complete with Box, Papers and Manufacturer International Warranties. We abide by a strict policy and we do not associate ourselves with grey watches / replica watches.

We are an online based retailer which are free from large physical store overheads and therefor can reduce our margins to offer you incredibly competitive prices. Through years of trading in the watch industry we have successfully formed partnerships with a number of authorised dealers allowing us to source any watch from our variety of Swiss watch brands. We are proud to pass these savings on to you, our valued customers.

Yes, all of our watches are unworn in box with papers and manufacturer’s contents. Our watches are sourced from authorised dealers only and are identical to you buying it from an high street store. (Serial number, warranty, certificates, packaging, manual, dealer stamp). Our timepieces are complete with a full manufacturer warranty, stamped by the authorised dealer.

We can accept all major debit / credit card payments including American Express, Visa, Mastercard. We can also accept Bank Transfer & Klarna.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £100. For international orders delivery is £35.00. 

Yes we ship Worldwide for a flat fee rate of £35.00. Using DHL Express Worldwide, delivery generally takes between 2-7 working days.

You are more than welcome to collect your purchase, however you must contact us first in order to book an appointment at our office in Ulverston, Cumbria. 

We use DHL Express & Royal Mail to deliver your purchase.

Yes, all of the diamonds that we stock are fully compliant with the Kimberly Process and therefore 100% conflict free. Please see www.diamondfacts.org for more information.

Yes, all of our diamonds are GIA certified. You receive the official GIA certificate for your diamond along with our stamped diamond certificate.

Our rings are bespoke and you can request any ring size to suit. If the ring size is not available on the product page, please contact a member of our team and we will be more than happy to help.
