SwissTimepieces Shipping Policy

At SwissTimepieces, every order is prepared and dispatched with the highest standards of security. All shipments are fully insured for peace of mind and delivered via a premium express courier service.

UK Delivery

• Service: All UK orders are dispatched on a next working day express service, fully insured.
• Cost: Complimentary on all orders.
• Requirements: An adult signature (18+) is required upon delivery.
• Dispatch time: Watches are shipped once payment has cleared and identity/address verification has been completed (if required).

International Delivery

• Service: All international orders are shipped using a reliable, fully insured express courier.
• Cost: A flat rate of £45 per order.
• Customs & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Transit times: Typically 2–7 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Bespoke Rings

• Manufacturing Time: Bespoke engagement and wedding rings are made to order and typically require 1–4 weeks for manufacturing prior to dispatch.
• Delivery: Once complete, your ring will be shipped using our fully insured express courier service in line with the timescales above.
• Note: As bespoke items are crafted to your exact specifications, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or not as described (see Returns Policy).

“Coming Soon” Watches

• Watches marked with the “Coming Soon” image on their product page are in stock with us, but are currently being readied to our exacting standards before dispatch.
• As such, they are exempt from next-day delivery.
• Delivery is typically within 2–4 working days, once preparation is complete.
• If you require a more precise delivery date, please contact a member of our team who will be happy to confirm an estimated dispatch timeframe.
• This process ensures that your watch arrives meeting our highest presentation and quality standards.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with full tracking details so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Responsibility & Risk

• All shipments are insured for their full value until signed for at the delivery address.
• Risk passes to you once the package has been signed for.
• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work with only premium couriers, delays outside of our control (e.g. customs inspections, strikes, severe weather) may occasionally occur.

Collection from Our Showroom

You are welcome to collect your order in person from our Lake District showroom by appointment. For security, valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s details is required.
